Bakers Delight Ferntree Plaza is looking for an experienced and qualified Baker to join our bakery team. You will be confident working across all areas of bakery production, including mixing, moulding, bench work, ovens and general production duties.

Key responsibilities

- Producing Bakers Delight breads, rolls and specialty products to a high standard
- Mixing and preparing dough
- Bench work, moulding and shaping products
- Oven work and baking products consistently
- Following production plans and recipes
- Maintaining excellent food safety, cleanliness and bakery standards
- Working efficiently as part of an experienced bakery team
- Assisting with daily production and ensuring products are ready on time

About you

- Is a qualified Baker or has strong commercial bakery experience
- Is confident working independently within a bakery




- Has experience across mixing, bench and/or ovens
- Is reliable and takes pride in the quality of their work
- Can work early morning shifts
- Works well within a team
- Has valuable time management and communication skills
- Full-time, ongoing employment
