Australian Hearing Services (Hearing Australia) is seeking a Customer Support Officer to manage outbound service calls and respond to inbound enquiries. You’ll liaise extensively with clients, including elderly people and those from multicultural backgrounds, to provide support and empower them.

You’ll work with a computerised client database and electronic appointment system to help children and adults who rely on our services.
