We're looking for passionate and caring Early ChildhoodEducators (Diploma / Cert III) to join our Preschool team in a Casualcapacity.

In this role, you'll help create safe, welcoming andengaging learning environments where children can grow, learn and thrive.Working alongside experienced Early Childhood Teachers and educators, you'llplay an important role in supporting children's development, building positiverelationships with families and contributing to high-quality early learningprograms.

What You’ll be Doing

- Supporting the delivery of engaging, play-basedlearning experiences that promote children's development and wellbeing.
- Building positive, respectful relationships withchildren, families and fellow educators.
- Assisting to create and maintain a safe, healthyand welcoming learning environment.
- Observing and contributing to children'slearning and development outcomes
- Working collaboratively with Early ChildhoodTeachers to deliver quality educational programs aligned with the Early YearsLearning and Development Framework.
- Contributing to continuous improvementinitiatives and maintaining compliance with National Quality Standards.

About You

You are a warm, enthusiastic and caring educator who ispassionate about supporting young children to learn and grow. You enjoy workingcollaboratively as part of a team and building positive relationships withchildren and families. You bring a genuine commitment to high-quality earlychildhood education and are motivated to continue developing your skills andknowledge in the sector.

Key Selection Criteria

- Diploma in Children's Services or CertificateIII in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Demonstrated ability to support thedevelopmental needs,



interests and learning of all children, including childrenwith additional needs
- Strong communication and relationship-buildingskills with children, families and colleagues
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid,Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications and Compliance with National Child SafeTraining (Geccko) (or ability to obtain)
