Bay Grocer, Byron Bay's local food store, is looking for a committed person to join our team in our beautiful deli, as well as a barista and retail superstar. Our food store is well known for stocking the best produce and products from local and international growers and producers while our cafe serves relaxed cabinet food and catering for customers to pick up.

The deli is one of the cornerstones of our business with an extensive range of cheese and charcuterie both prepackaged and sliced to order. A thorough knowledge of cheese needs to accompany a passion for the product as well as a strong sense of customer service.

It is a very busy section of our store with many demands requiring a skill in multi-tasking and constant attention to detail.



While your focus will be on the deli there will be days where you enjoy the variety of Bay Grocer and will be working in the wider store with other team members.

Our cafe is a buzzing cafe serving beautiful food and delicious coffee. You will love seeing regular faces everyday and enjoy working as part of a small fun team. In our grocery store we are looking for other like minded people with a hospitality outlook in a retail workplace.

Most of all we are searching for team players with the ability to get on with a range of colleagues and a focus on giving customers the best experience possible.
