We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team.

This is an entry-level role with a strong focus on videography, filming and video editing. You’ll support our content team in capturing and creating engaging content across our brands, events and digital channels.

You’ll enjoy being behind the camera, have a good eye for compelling content and be excited to develop your skills across filming, editing and content production.

Alongside video production, you’ll support the wider marketing team with basic social media management, including preparing, scheduling and publishing content across our channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Filming and capturing high-quality content for our brands, campaigns and events
- Shooting short-form social content, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and promotional videos
- Editing videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other digital channels
- Turning long-form footage, interviews and event content into engaging short-form edits
- Supporting filming days, content shoots and on-location event coverage
- Helping develop creative video concepts, hooks and campaign ideas
- Keeping up with video, editing and social media trends, and identifying formats we can adapt for our brands
- Organising and managing video footage and other content assets
- Creating simple static graphics and social media assets when required
- Scheduling and publishing approved content across our social media channels
- Uploading approved copy and creative assets to social media scheduling platforms
- Ensuring scheduled content is correctly formatted and published across the relevant channels
- Assisting with basic social media captions and content preparation when required
- Supporting the wider marketing and content teams with day-to-day content requirements

About You

This is a junior, entry-level position,



so we’re not looking for someone with years of qualified experience. We’re looking for someone creative, motivated and genuinely interested in building a career in videography and content creation.

You’ll ideally have:

- A strong interest in videography, video editing and content creation
- Some experience filming and editing video, whether professionally, through university, freelance work or personal projects
- Confidence using video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar
- An understanding of how to shoot and edit content specifically for social media
- A good eye for framing, composition and engaging visual storytelling
- Basic social media skills, including scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, or a willingness to learn
- Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A willingness to learn, experiment and bring fresh content ideas to the team
- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively

Experience using cameras, lighting, audio equipment or professional filming setups would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
