The store has been designed to deliver the customer an experience and we are seeking a Experienced Customer Service Assistant to matchthis with exceptional service.

We are looking to attract great people to be part of ourvalued team.

The right candidate will ensure thepriority of customer service and have a genuine interest in being part of this retail hospitality offer.

Ideally, we seek experienced staff with a thorough understanding of beer, wine and spirit ranging and having this experience will be a distinct advantage. Those with other retail experience or simply have a willingness to learn accompanied with a great attitude will definitely be considered.

The role requires candidates to have the following;





- A capacity to manage the physical tasks including manual handling of stock and other required tasks of a busy retail liquor store.
- Work both days, nights, weekends and public holidays as required, especially during busy periods.
- Be a robust and confident personality with an awareness of customer needs and expectations.
- Have a willingness to be part of a team striving for service excellence.
- Must have a current RSA certificate.
- Complete an RSFcertificate.
- The positionavailable is casual employment and consideration will be given to person’s availability and suitability.
