This role will require an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service as they work in Essendon Fields, VIC to promote brand awareness and repeat business with both internal and external customers while you work through a Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreter).

The Automotive Parts Interpreting Apprenticeship:

- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
- Process customer enquiries and complaints promptly
- Identify parts and components of various vehicles
- Stock control and storage management processes
- Conducting transactions via phone, online and face to face

The ideal Automotive Parts Interpreting Apprenticeship:

- A passion for automotive and the desire to become a highly skilled and professional Parts Interpreter
- Committed to the study component, including practical studies at TAFE with the opportunity for interstate training opportunities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Skilled presentation for the duration of your apprenticeship
- Honesty and integrity in your work
- Full time paid apprenticeship
