Principal Psychologist | Relocate to Melbourne

ACM Healthcare is partnering with a leading Victorian specialist mental health service to recruit two Principal Psychologists into newly created senior leadership roles.

If you’re an experienced Psychologist based in Sydney and have considered a move to Melbourne, this is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership position with relocation assistance available to support your move.

About the role

You’ll provide clinical and operational leadership across specialist psychology services, while continuing to maintain a clinical component.

Key responsibilities

Provide leadership, supervision and mentoring to psychologists and students

Deliver advanced assessment, formulation and intervention for complex and high-risk presentations

Lead therapeutic programs, service improvement and clinical governance initiatives

Support multidisciplinary teams and recovery-oriented care

Help shape psychology services during an exciting period of service growth and development

About you

General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA

Master's or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology,



Forensic Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology from an APAC-accredited program

Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical, Forensic or Neuropsychology, or eligibility to obtain endorsement

Approximately 10 years' post-qualification clinical/forensic experience as a registered psychologist

Board Approved Supervisor status

Strong leadership, supervision and complex mental health experience
