About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase sales performance, generate qualified leads and strengthen the Apollo Blinds brand.

You will work closely with franchisees, suppliers, external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes while ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Support franchisees and sales consultants with coaching, tools and best-practice processes.

Establish and track KPIs, sales targets and performance metrics.

Improve lead conversion and customer acquisition outcomes.

Enhance the customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Marketing Management

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, Google Ads, social media and email marketing.

Drive lead generation initiatives and customer engagement programs.





Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal activities.

Manage relationships with marketing agencies, creative partners and suppliers.

Monitor campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare sales and marketing performance reports.

Analyse customer, sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.

Provide recommendations to support business growth and profitability.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager or similar leadership position.

Strong understanding of sales management, lead generation and customer acquisition.

Experience managing digital marketing channels and campaigns.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.

Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.

Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing analytics platforms.

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field.

Experience in franchising, retail, home improvement, building products or consumer products.

Experience supporting multi-site or franchise networks.
