We are working with a growing Australian business looking to add a Legal Counsel to its established in-house legal team.
This is a strong chance for an IP lawyer looking to move in-house, or an existing in-house lawyer wanting to continue developing their intellectual property experience within a commercial environment.

What work will you do?
The role will primarily focus on intellectual property matters, supporting the business across a varied portfolio of IP work.
You will work closely with the broader legal team and internal stakeholders, providing practical and commercially focused advice.
What type of person will be successful?
We are particularly interested in lawyers with:
- Approximately 2–5 years' PQE;
- Strong intellectual property experience;
- Experience from a well-regarded law firm and/or in-house legal team;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; and
- A commercial mindset and an interest in developing a long-term in-house career.
