Job Description

Help shape business decisions through meaningful financial insights.

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in supporting the business through financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and commercial insights.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys looking beyond the numbers and working closely with stakeholders to understand what is driving business performance, identify opportunities and provide meaningful insights to support better decision-making.

About the role

Working closely with key stakeholders across the business, you will provide financial and commercial support across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business planning.

You will:

- Partner with stakeholders to understand business performance, drivers and opportunities.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units.
- Provide meaningful financial insights and commentary to support decision-making.




- Build and maintain financial models, including scenario analysis, 3-way modelling, business cases, valuations, and investment assessments.
- Support business planning and forecasting processes.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, analysis, and finance processes, leveraging automation and AI tools where appropriate.

Qualifications

- CA/CPA Qualified

About you

We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, analytical and confident working with stakeholders across different areas of the business.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in FP&A;, Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or a similar role.
- Robust financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
- The ability to interpret financial information and identify key business drivers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to challenge and provide constructive insights.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
