Position: Used Vehicle Sales Person

Location: Sumner, Brisbane QLD

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: Base + Commission

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers, build relationships, and provide a premium buying experience
- Guide buyers through the entire sales process , from initial enquiry to final delivery
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of luxury vehicle brands and their features
- Use automotive software and CRM tools to manage leads and follow up effectively
- Ensure all sales transactions comply with dealership and industry regulations





What We're Looking For

- Proven track record in automotive sales, preferably in the luxury vehicle segment
- Passion for high-end vehicles and in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Experience using automotive CRM and software systems
- Holds a current salesperson licence and a manual driver's licence
