Mercy Health in Victoria is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead Workforce & Operations within the Emergency Department at Werribee Mercy Hospital. This role drives workforce planning, rostering and service delivery to ensure protected, efficient patient care in a growing ED.

You will partner with nursing, medical and multidisciplinary teams, advancing staff development and responding to high-demand periods while maintaining clinical excellence and patient safety.
