What’s the role?

We’re looking for an experienced Workplace Experience Facilities Manager (WEFM) to lead the delivery of a safe, efficient and high-quality workplace environment. This role combines facilities management with workplace experience, ensuring workplaces support employee productivity, wellbeing and organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver a high-quality workplace experience aligned with organisational culture and business goals.
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, security and front-of-house services.
- Manage vendors and contracts, ensuring strong performance, compliance and value.
- Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across workplace facilities.
- Drive sustainability, resource efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

- Experience in facilities management, workplace experience or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of workplace operations, health and safety and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience managing vendors, contractors and service contracts.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.




- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver a high-quality workplace experience.
