We are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Drafter with strong Revit, Townhouse and Multi-Residential experience to join a supportive and growing team. IMPORTANT- This position requires candidates with Australian architectural drafting experience. Overseas-only experience will not be considered for this role.

Description

As a Senior Drafter, you will play an important role across the delivery of townhouse and multi-residential projects, working closely with the architectural, design and broader project teams.

- Producing detailed architectural documentation and drawings using Revit
- Working across townhouse and multi-residential projects from concept through to documentation and delivery
- Preparing detailed construction documentation, working drawings and architectural details
- Developing and maintaining accurate Revit models and documentation
- Coordinating drawings and documentation with architects, designers, consultants and other project stakeholders
- Reviewing documentation for accuracy, quality and compliance
- Assisting with design development and resolving documentation issues
- Managing drafting workloads and project deadlines
- Contributing senior-level technical knowledge and guidance to the drafting/design team
- Working collaboratively with the wider architectural, construction and project team

Profile

- Senior-level architectural drafting experience
- Solid and proven Revit experience




- Both solid townhouse and multi-residential experience
- Previous experience in architectural drafting
- Demonstrated experience producing detailed architectural documentation
- Strong understanding of Australian architectural documentation and construction processes
- Must have Australian project experience
- Ability and willingness to work from Brisbane CBD
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team
