We’re looking for aTeam Leader – Novated Sales to lead and inspire a high performing team of Novated Specialists and help take their results to the next level.

You’ll play a key role in leading a motivated, customer focused team while driving strong sales performance and industry leading conversion.

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Lead, motivate and develop a talented team of Novated Specialists
- Coach and mentor your team to achieve their sales targets and KPIs
- Build a strong team culture focused on customer excellence and engagement
- Run regular 1:1s, team meetings, training and coaching sessions
- Support your team with day to day challenges and be hands on when needed
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and the customer journey
- Work closely with the Senior Manager, Novated Leasing on team development and performance
- Be the go to person for escalations and help ensure customers receive an exceptional experience
- Assist with lead allocation, Docusign,



lease expiry management and settlements
- Ensure the team operates in line with policies, compliance requirements and company values

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU HAVE:

- Experience in Novated Leasing or a related industry
- Experience leading, training or coaching a sales team
- A genuine ability to motivate, mentor and get the best out of people
- A robust track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering great outcomes
