At TOMRA Food in Melbourne, we are seeking an experienced Melbourne-based Service Manager to lead our Australian service operation and drive growth. You will oversee Field Service, Customer Care, Technical Training, and Project Installations, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on field involvement.

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will build capability, drive performance and shape service delivery across the business, with regular travel across Australia (up to 50%).
