Clinical Care Manager - Residential Aged Care

About the Role:

As the Clinical Care Manager at our Aged Care homein Port Macquarie, you will assume clinical leadership responsibility for the delivery of high-quality care and care planning for our80residents. You will be accountable for the supervision of nursing and care teams, management of the clinical governance framework and play a key role in the quality improvement cycle for our facility.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to:

- Deliver exceptional clinical care - medical/rehabilitative, dementia and restorative

- Demonstrate leadership in embedding quality and safety as a key focus
- Establish operating rhythms with team members to create an open and inclusive culture
- Support and enable the development of Clinical and Care teams by
- providing hands‑on education and training andidentifyopportunities for growth
- Promote the profile of RSLLifeCarein the local area by building relationships with health and community groups
- Support the Facility Manager to ensure Clinical and Care labour cost‑management initiatives are fully adopted

About You:

To be considered for this position, we are seeking people who have:

- A current AHPRA registration
- A minimum 5 years’ postgraduate clinical experience within health care, aged care, or another relevant environment
- Experience managing compliance with regulatory standardsSound understanding of person‑centred approaches to clinical care and support
- Demonstrated compassion, empathy,



and ability to build meaningful relationships
- Demonstrated ability to make good decisions which balance commercial outcomes with customer experience
- Experience in motivating teams, managing performance, and delivering on accountabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound financial acumen asevidencedby prior budget management experience
