Positive Shepherd Australia New Zealand (GSANZ) is seeking a Youth Homelessness Case Manager to provide holistic, client-centred support for young people aged 15–25 in Brimbank, Melton and surrounding communities. You will deliver case management, outreach, housing support and advocacy through strong community partnerships.

The role requires qualifications in Youth Work/Social Services, active involvement with homelessness services, and compliance with checks.
