We support the infrastructure, mining, and recycling sectors with world-class machinery. We are currently expanding our Victorian operations and are seeking an experienced Senior Workshop Fitter to join our Somerton branch.

The Role

This is a highly secure, workshop-based role for a reliable technician who takes pride in high-quality workmanship. While your primary focus will be mechanical diagnostics, maintenance, and rebuilds on our crushing and screening fleet, you will also play a key role in supporting the daily flow of the workshop by assisting the Site Manager with basic workshop administration and service tracking from time to time.

What We Are Looking For

- Qualified Trade: Trade Certificate (Diesel Fitter, Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, or Mechanical Fitter) with extensive workshop experience.
- All-Round Capability: A technician who is happy to handle the floor but also comfortable jumping on the computer to assist with service reporting, parts ordering, or basic admin tasks when needed.
- Technical Expertise: Proven diagnostic and fault-finding capability across hydraulics, transmissions, and heavy engines.
- Mindset: A mature-minded, safety-conscious fitter who works well in a small team environment.
