LUSH is seeking a People and Culture Advisor (ER Specialist) to support employee relations across Australia and Current Zealand, including store visits and investigations. You will partner with the People and Culture Manager to safeguard a fair, safe workplace aligned with LUSH’s values.
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you’ll handle ER matters, advise managers, monitor compliance with the Fair Work Act and WHS, and contribute to policy updates and capability building.
