- Maintainaccuraterecordsusingrecruitmentsystems
- Generatenewbusinessopportunitiesthroughlocalmarketnetworking
- Conductregularbusinessdevelopmentactivitieswithprospectiveclients
- Attendscheduledonlineteammeetings
- Achieverecruitmentandplacementtargets
- Monitorrecruitmentperformanceandkeybusinessmetrics
- Workindependentlywhilecollaboratingwiththewiderrecruitmentteam





Requirements & Eligibility

- Minimum3years'RecruitmentAgency/RecruitmentConsultantexperienceinAustralia
- CurrentlylocatedinACT
- Abilitytoworkfromafullyequippedhomeoffice
- Availabletoworkaminimumof4hoursperdayandatleast4daysperweek
- Strongtrackrecordofrecruitmentperformanceandmeasurableresults
- Excellentcommunicationandrelationship-buildingskills
- Self-motivatedwiththeabilitytoworkindependently
