Spiecapag Australia, part of the VINCI group, is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to drive end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, mobilisation and offboarding in a multi-project workplace.
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will act as the central liaison between HR, Payroll and Project teams, ensuring workforce readiness, payroll coordination and site-based HR delivery across Brisbane and project sites, including occasional FIFO or DIDO travel.
