What you'll work on:

- Residential and commercial tax depreciation
- Property inspections
- Construction cost analysis
- Asset registers
- Insurance replacement cost
- Lifecycle and CAPEX reporting
- CGT cost base evidence
- Commercial property assignments
- Koste.ai reporting and technology

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to Quantity Surveying assignments appropriate to your experience level
- Undertake property and construction research
- Prepare clear, qualified work




- Communicate with clients and colleagues
- Use Koste's reporting systems and technology
- Experienced candidates may manage projects independently and support technical review

Experience:

Graduate candidates: strong attention to detail, good communication, interest in construction and property, comfort with technology and willingness to learn. Tax depreciation experience is not required.

Experienced candidates: relevant Quantity Surveying experience, strong property and construction knowledge, project-management ability, professional report writing, client-facing capability, technical judgement and commercial awareness.

Qualifications:

Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related degree for graduate candidates. AIQS, RICS or equivalent membership is desirable at more senior levels.
