LSKD Chermside is seeking a Deputy Coach to partner with the Head Coach, develop a high-performing team, and turn the store floor into a community movement.

You will lead from the front, drive retail strategy, coach daily, and build relationships within the fitness community while ensuring premium VM storytelling and robust customer experiences. Role is Sunday to Thursday, full-time, with a bonus program and team discounts.
