About The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to join the Elite Eleven Marketing Team and lead the day-to-day direction and execution of our social media channels.

This role is for someone who lives and breathes social, someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, knows what’s trending before everyone else does, and can turn ideas into engaging, social-first content.

You’ll take ownership of Elite Eleven’s social presence while helping lead and guide the wider social media team. Working closely with the Marketing and Creative teams, you’ll bring the Elite Eleven brand to life every day through content, community and culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day management and execution of Elite Eleven’s social media channels
- Help lead, support and guide the social media team, ensuring priorities, responsibilities and deliverables are clear
- Oversee and guide the planning, scheduling and publishing of content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms




- Own and maintain the social content calendar in line with campaigns, launches, events and key brand moments
- Concept and ideate engaging, social-first content that feels relevant to our audience and strengthens the Elite Eleven brand
- Brief and coordinate content with internal creative, videography and design teams
- Attend shoots, events, activations and store moments to lead and capture real-time social content
- Write and oversee engaging, on-brand social copy and captions
- Oversee community engagement across comments, DMs and conversations, ensuring the brand maintains a strong and consistent tone of voice
- Identify trends, sounds, formats, creators and cultural moments the brand can authentically tap into
- Monitor social performance and provide regular reporting, insights and recommendations
- Use performance data to understand what’s working and continually evolve the social and content approach
- Identify opportunities to grow engagement, reach and brand relevance across social platforms
- Ensure social content is delivered accurately, on time and aligned with the wider Elite Eleven marketing calendar
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to translate broader brand and campaign priorities into an effective social media plan




- Support the development of more junior team members through guidance, feedback and knowledge sharing

About You

- 2+ years of experience in social media, content or a similar role
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and the wider social landscape
- Experience taking ownership of social channels, content calendars and day-to-day social execution
- Confident leading, supporting and providing direction to other team members
- Naturally creative with a strong eye for content, storytelling and brand
- Confident both behind and in front of the camera, and not afraid to jump into content when the moment calls for it
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities and team deliverables at once
- Proactive, you’re someone who brings ideas and solutions to the table rather than waiting for a brief
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can move quickly
- Up to date with social trends, creators, platforms and internet culture
- Robust communication, collaboration and feedback skills
- Able to balance creative thinking with performance insights and commercial objectives
- Experience within fashion, activewear, lifestyle or retail is highly regarded
