Resilient Life Care is seeking a hands-on House Manager to lead a brand-new 9-apartment SIL/SDA building in Chadstone, Melbourne. You will be on-site full time, build a concierge team, and ensure seamless operation and compliance across shifts.

You’ll welcome new residents, manage documentation, incident reporting, and move-ins while reporting to the Operations Manager and Director. This is a formative leadership role where you shape service delivery from day one.
