You don't need to know everything about restaurant service when you start. We can teach you our menu, systems and service standards. What matters most to us is your attitude, personality, communication skills and genuine desire to provide exceptional hospitality.

You'll be expected to notice the little things, engage naturally with guests and take pride in making their experience memorable.

What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming guests warmly and making them feel at home
Providing attentive, friendly and professional table service
Taking orders accurately and confidently
Learning our food and wine menu and making appropriate recommendations
Anticipating guest needs rather than waiting to be asked
Communicating effectively with the kitchen and other team members
Helping maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant
Taking ownership of the guest experience from arrival to departure

The Person We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in someone who:
Naturally enjoys talking to and looking after people

Communicates confidently and clearly with guests




Is attentive and notices when a guest may need something
Is reliable, punctual and takes responsibility seriously
Works calmly and professionally during busy services
Is willing to learn and accept feedback
Works well as part of a close team
Takes pride in their personal presentation
Has valid Australian work rights
Can work a combination of weekday and weekend shifts

Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, but character, attitude and genuine hospitality are more significant to us than years of experience. Training will be provided to the right person.
