Are you an A-Grade Electrician looking for a hands-on maintenance role where no two shifts are the same?
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a high-performing site operating within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is an prospect to work across a broad range of automated processing equipment, gaining exposure to all aspects of plant operations while developing your technical capabilities.
What’s on Offer?
$49hr, $53hr $57hr per hour depending on experience and classification level
Level 1, 2 or 3 rates available
Sunday Double Time Overtime
6-day fortnight roster
12.6-hour shifts
Afternoon / night shift operation with current start times between 11:00am and 12:00pm
Full PPE provided
Q Fever vaccination provided
Secure, long-term employment with a well-established Australian food manufacturer
Exposure to a wide variety of equipment, systems and production processes
Key Responsibilities
Preventative and breakdown maintenance across production and processing equipment
Fault finding on electrical, control and automated systems
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining site safety and compliance standards
Working collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime
Assisting with plant upgrades and project work as required
About You
Current A-Grade Electrical Licence
Experience in manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, meat processing or heavy industrial environments highly regarded
Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in both hot and cold operating settings
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
