Senior Property Manager | Inner Suburbs | $80K-$85K + SUPER
An exciting chance is available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a growing Property Management team following the recent acquisition of an established rent roll.
Managing approximately 150 properties across the Inner Suburbs , you’ll be supported by dedicated routine inspection, entry and exit resources, allowing you to focus on delivering a high level of service across your portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Oversee the end-to-end property management processof approximately 150 properties




- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance, compliance and tenancy matters
- Work closely with support staff across routine inspections, entries and exits
- Manage day-to-day portfolio requirements
- Ensure properties are maintained and managed to a high standard
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

- Experienced Property Manager / Senior Property Manager
- Strong understanding of end-to-end property management
- Excellent communication and organisational skillsStrong attention to detail
- Ability to manage a 150-property portfolio confidently
- Team-focused with the ability to work independently
- Current Agent Representative Certificate

- Monday - Friday
- 1-in-4 Saturdays with time in lieu
- $80,000 - $85,000 + super, with flexibility for the right candidate
