Gregory Jewellers, in partnership with TAG Heuer, is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Boutique Manager to join our TAG Heuer Boutique at Westfield Bondi.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the world’s most recognised Swiss watch brands while developing your leadership career within one of Australia’s established family-owned luxury retailers.

Working closely with the Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in driving the performance and culture of the Boutique. You will lead by example on the sales floor, build lasting client relationships and support the team in delivering an exceptional luxury experience at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the Boutique Manager in the day-to-day leadership and operation of the Boutique

Leading by example to drive sales performance and achieve individual and Boutique targets

Coaching, motivating and supporting the team to deliver consistently high standards

Creating exceptional, personalised client experiences and developing long-term client relationships

Proactively using CRM to build client engagement, retention and repeat business

Fostering a positive culture of high performance, collaboration and team spirit

Developing a strong understanding of TAG Heuer's collections, heritage and brand values

Ensuring the Boutique is impeccably presented and maintained in accordance with TAG Heuer's standards

Supporting Boutique events, product launches and VIP client experiences

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an engaging and commercially minded luxury retail professional who combines a genuine passion for people with the ambition to develop their leadership career.





You will ideally:

Have experience within luxury, premium or high-service retail, ideally with previous supervisory or leadership responsibilities

Be confident, engaging and comfortable building relationships with a diverse clientele

Be highly customer-centric with a genuine passion for delivering memorable experiences

Demonstrate a strong sales mindset and a track record of achieving results

Have an interest in watches and an enthusiasm for developing your knowledge of Swiss watchmaking

Be confident using CRM to develop and maintain meaningful client relationships

Have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Be organised and proactive

Present professionally and take pride in representing a global luxury brand

Have an interest in contemporary culture, including sport, design, technology and lifestyle
