The role involves working with consumers with complex needs in community settings, focusing on recovery-focused, person-centred care within a 7-day rostering system.

Applicants must be registered (AHPRA) as a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Psychologist, or be eligible as a Social Worker (AASW) with CSU Mental Health training.
