An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join the team at Eliza Gold Property. You will manage a quality residential property portfolio, building and maintaining strong relationships with Rental Providers and Renters, with a strong focus on communication, professionalism and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
Managing a quality residential property portfolio
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Rental Providers and Renters
Conducting routine inspections and preparing reports
Managing maintenance and coordinating trades
Rent reviews and lease renewals
Arrears management
Entry and exit processes
Handling tenancy matters and resolving issues professionally
Ensuring properties and documentation remain compliant with Victorian rental legislation
Working closely with the supportive property management and administration team
About you
Has previous property management experience
Is qualified, organised and confident
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Provides exceptional customer service
Can confidently manage priorities and deadlines
Has strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy requirements
Takes pride in managing properties to a high standard
Holds the appropriate Victorian real estate qualifications
Has a current driver's licence
