Primary Objective: Provide operational leadership to regional Patient Travel clerks, ensuring the timely, accurate, customer focussed and cost-effective processing of travel requests, bookings, and reimbursements in compliance with Patient Assistance Travel Scheme policy and NT Health frameworks.
