ISS is seeking an experienced Chef to join our mobile mining catering team in Central Queensland. This on-site role operates on a 9 days on / 5 days off roster, or 2 weeks on / 1 week off, delivering high-quality meals to residents in remote villages.
Reporting to the Head Chef/Village Manager, you will cook, supervise kitchen operations, maintain food safety standards, manage stock, and mentor junior staff in a rapid-paced environment while upholding HERO values.
