About the Role
We are seeking a Site Supervisor for our projects in the Port Macquarie areas . This is a Contract position available for an immediate start for the right candidate.
As an experienced Site Supervisor, you will ideally have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with a background in commercial construction turnkey projects.
Responsibilities
- Direct report to Mid North Coast - Branch Manager
- Management of subcontractors on site.
- Maintain program and site management.
- Be willing to be hands-on when required.
- Act as the first point of contact on site for contractors and consultants.
- Maintain an accurate site diary and reporting.
- Manage WHS meetings and toolbox talks and site requirements.
- Oversee trades and coordinate material deliveries to site.
Essential Requirements
- Previous commercial construction experience
- Experience in structural steel and precast concrete panels
- Current valid White Card
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound knowledge of WHS requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors and management
- Current driver’s licence
- Must be a team player
