As the business continues to strengthen its commercial capability, there is an opportunity for an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to take ownership of regional growth, develop new customer segments and build a stronger pipeline of long-term fleet business.

Key Responsibilities
Take commercial ownership of an assigned territory, developing a clear growth plan to increase fleet penetration and generate sustainable sales opportunities.
Build new revenue streams by identifying organisations, industries and customer groups where the business has further potential to grow its fleet presence.
Create and execute targeted acquisition strategies for prospective customers, from initial market mapping and engagement through to commercial negotiation and conversion.
Develop selected strategic accounts beyond transactional vehicle supply, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and increase long-term customer value.




Shape commercially compelling fleet propositions by understanding customer operating requirements, purchasing drivers and decision-making processes.
Act as the commercial link between customers and the wider business, coordinating the right internal resources to progress complex opportunities and remove barriers to conversion.
Maintain a solid understanding of territory dynamics, customer buying behaviour and competitive movements, using this intelligence to identify where future growth will come from.
Operate with transparent commercial discipline, maintaining visibility over opportunity quality, sales momentum and progress against agreed business objectives.
