Bar Attendant

At GOVE COUNTRY GOLF CLUB INC, we are looking for a skilled Bar Attendant to work on a full time basis (38 hours per week).

Main duties and responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer orders and venue procedures.

· Operate bar equipment, beverage dispensing systems, coffee machines, EFTPOS terminals and other equipment required for productive service.

· Check customer identification and comply with responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements when serving alcoholic beverages.

· Maintain appropriate levels of beverages, ice, garnishes, glassware and other bar supplies during trading hours.

· Process cash and electronic payments accurately and reconcile transactions in accordance with workplace procedures.

· Assist with receiving, checking, storing and rotating beverage stock to maintain product quality and availability.

· Prepare, clean and close the bar area,



including washing glassware, sanitising surfaces, removing waste and securing equipment.

· Provide courteous and efficient customer service while responding to beverage enquiries, assisting with functions and following workplace health, safety and hygiene requirements.

Requirements:

· Relevant qualification or at least 1 year of experience in lieu of the qualification

· Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role

· Must have a can do attitude and positive time management

Position: Full Time

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000

Location: Golf Club Access, Nhulunbuy NT 0880
