About the Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic Restaurant Waiters to deliver attentive, high-quality service on the floor at Boronia Kitchen, our all-day neighbourhood restaurant in Hunters Hill. Led by Chef and Owner Simon Sandall, we're known for warm hospitality, seasonal produce and a genuine community feel, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to regulars and visitors alike.

About the Role

You will work as part of our restaurant floor team, maintaining a consistently high standard of guest service during every shift.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing attentive table service across breakfast, lunch and dinner service
Guiding guests through the menu and making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
Assisting with restaurant setup, service and pack-down
Building rapport with guests and delivering a warm, memorable and professional experience
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across the restaurant floor
Working collaboratively with kitchen, bar and management teams

About You





You are a hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering great guest experiences on the restaurant floor.

You bring:
3+ years restaurant experience in a similar venue
Solid communication skills and a genuine passion for guest experience
The ability to stay organised and composed during busy periods
Availability across a range of shifts, including days, nights and weekends
Enthusiasm for being part of a well-loved, community-focused restaurant
RSA or willing to obtain
