Hurricane’s Grill Castle Hill is looking for experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Attendants to join our ever growing team!

Situated in the heart of Castle Towers on the vibrant Piazza our restaurant serves up Hurricane's famous signature dishes and bold flavours. From our legendary mouth-watering ribs and juicy tender steaks to refreshing cocktails and a bountiful selection of wines, we offer an unforgettable dining experience for everyone. What We Are Looking For:
Solid bar knowledge (including coffee, cocktails, and wine) with a genuine interest in the hospitality industry.
A strong focus on premium service, a passion for customer care, and a confidence when interacting with guests.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, fluency in spoken English, and immaculate personal presentation.
A reliable team player who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced,



high-volume setting.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.

Compliance & Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older to meet liquor licensing requirements.
Must hold a current, valid NSW RSA competency card to serve alcohol.
Must be an Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident, or hold a visa with full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Week availabilities is a must.
