Description:
Permanent Contract starting ASAP
Part time position, per week (Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 2.30PM)
Hourly rate at $38.11 and no need to work during school holidays

Administrative & Operational Support
Carry out administrative, organizational, and tidying tasks as requested to support the overall functioning of the Maternelle.
Assist in maintaining clean, protected, and well-organized common areas and learning materials.

Show patience, kindness, and attentiveness to support young children’s emotional and physical well-being.
Encourage independence, positive behavior, and respect among peers.
Maintain constant vigilance to ensure child safety at all times.

Work collaboratively with teachers, assistants ( ASEM ),



and school management.
Communicate effectively regarding student behavior, health concerns, or daily observations.
Follow directions from the Maternelle Director and support the educational goals of the school. Relationship with Parents
Maintain a professional, polite, and reassuring attitude during daily interactions.

Skills and Experiences:
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience working with young children (ages 3–5) in an educational or childcare setting.
Strong communication skills in English; profi ciency or working knowledge of French is highly desirable.
Punctuality, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and relevant fi rst aid certifi cation (or willingness to obtain).
