Showroom Manager - Premium Architectural Finishes

Based in a flagship Sydney showroom, this is a unique opportunity to become the face of the brand and lead the showroom experience. Combining premium showroom consultation, sales and account management, you will work with homeowners, architects, interior designers and builders to guide projects from initial enquiry through to specification, quotation and sale.

This is an ideal role for someone who genuinely loves design and interiors, enjoys building relationships and has the commercial drive and organisation to manage multiple opportunities and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom & Customer Experience

- Lead the day-to-day operation and presentation of the flagship showroom

- Deliver a premium, personalised experience to homeowners, architects, designers and builders





- Provide expert product advice and tailored recommendations

- Manage showroom enquiries, quotations and customer follow-up

Sales & Account Management

- Manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to quotation and conversion

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and developers

- Proactively follow up opportunities and manage the sales pipeline through CRM

- Grow existing trade relationships and identify new business opportunities

- Ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to project completion

Skills & Experience

- Experience in showroom sales, account management or a similar client-facing role

- A genuine passion for premium interiors, architecture and design

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

- Naturally relationship-focused, with confidence engaging with homeowners and design professionals

- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented

- Strong commercial awareness and a natural ability to identify and develop opportunities

- Excellent follow-through and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

- Comfortable using CRM systems

- Professional presentation and a confident, personable approach

- Previous experience within interiors, furniture, flooring, architectural finishes, construction, architecture or premium retail would be highly regarded
