We’re looking for a confident, hands‑on Venue Manager to lead the day‑to‑day running of a highly regarded restaurant known for exceptional food, service and hospitality.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, bringing FOH and BOH teams together, keeping service running smoothly and creating a great experience for both guests and staff.
The Role
You’ll take responsibility for the overall operation of the venue, including:
- Leading and supporting both Front of House and Back of House teams
- Building a strong, collaborative culture across the entire venue
- Managing daily service and ensuring FOH and BOH work seamlessly together
- Creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests
- Training, coaching and developing team members
- Managing rosters, staff performance and day‑to‑day team needs
- Working closely with the kitchen and leadership team
- Maintaining high standards across food, service, presentation and hospitality
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionallySupporting stock control, costs and other operational requirements
- Ensuring the venue is organised, well presented and ready for service
- Helping maintain the restaurant’s strong reputation and standards About You
You’ll be someone who:
- Has experience managing a busy restaurant or hospitality venue
- Is confident leading both FOH and BOH teams
- Knows how to bring different teams together and create a positive working environment
- Is comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions
- Has strong communication and people skills
- Can stay calm, organised and solutions‑focused during busy services
- Takes pride in creating a great guest experience
- Is hands‑on and happy to lead from the front
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in high standards
