The College is seeking a committed and dynamic Senior House Leader to join our vibrant College community, commencing 27 January 2027.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive and connected House culture, while supporting the wellbeing, development and success of our students. Working collaboratively with students, staff and families, the House Leader will provide strong pastoral leadership, support student wellbeing and behaviour, and help create a safe and caring setting where every student can thrive.

The role also involves leading pastoral teachers, coordinating House and year-level events, supporting student leadership and contributing to the ongoing development of the College's pastoral care programs. The incumbent will be appointed to Emmaus College as a teacher in an ongoing capacity.
