Tynan Motors in Kirrawee, NSW, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a multi-franchise service centre. Reporting to the Group Service Manager, you will manage a team of Service Advisors and oversee daily operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
You will coach and develop your team, delegate and schedule work, and ensure CSI targets are met, while actively communicating with customers about their vehicles and progress. ERA/Power experience is highly regarded.
