Aurizon is seeking a Civil Supervisor based at our Gladstone depot to lead and support a team of Track Workers and Road Patrollers across a 200km track network. You will oversee day‑to‑day maintenance, crew planning and resourcing, delivering protected, high‑quality outcomes while building a positive team culture.
You will provide coaching, guidance and performance management, driving continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with safety standards and customer expectations.
