The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects across our diverse portfolio.

This role is perfect for someone with strong construction experience who is ready to step into a position where you’ll be trusted to run projects, coordinate teams, and deliver outcomes that exceed client expectations. You’ll work closely with estimators, project managers, and site teams while taking full responsibility for your projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance

Completing safety documents such as risk assessments, SWMS, etc. and ensuring they are followed on site

Oversee preparation of project documentation, including programs, methodologies, and WHS management plans

Drive project performance by monitoring budgets, materials, schedules, and risks

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely project delivery

Manage variations, progress claims,



and project reporting with accuracy and transparency

Provide guidance to site teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining quality and safety standards

Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes

Provide detailed daily/weekly reports to clients

Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging issues

Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication channels

About You

You are a natural problem-solver and communicator, confident in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. You take ownership, bring solutions, and deliver results. With a proven track record in construction project coordination or management, you’re ready to step into a role where your expertise and initiative will make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Bring

3-4 years’ experience in project management, construction management, or a related role

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and compliance standards

Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)
