What you'll bring
Hospitality or QSR experience, ideally in a supervisory or shift-leading capacity
Confidence leading and mentoring young or early-career team members on shift
A hands-on, culture-first attitude
An eye for quality and consistency
Comfort with sales and upselling
A warm, approachable manner that makes you a excellent first boss for the team
What you'll do
Run shifts and lead the floor in the manager's absence
Support, coach and set the tone for junior team members
Uphold product quality and service consistency
Support sales through upselling and excellent customer experience
Step up as a key point of contact for customers and staff during your shift
