About the role
This is an exciting prospect to manage a diverse range of wills and estates matters while building strong relationships with clients and referral partners. You will have the autonomy to manage your own files while contributing to the continued success of the practice.
Key responsibilities
Drafting wills, powers of attorney and advance health directives
Advising clients on estate planning strategies
Estate administration and probate applications
Advising executors and beneficiaries
Building and maintaining robust client relationships
Participating in business development and networking initiatives
About you
Minimum 7+ years PAE in Wills & Estates (or equivalent experience)
Strong technical knowledge of succession law
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Qualified approach
Strong attention to detail and file management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
