Exhibition & Events Project Manager – Moreton Hire Sydney

About the Role:

Come and join the award winning Moreton Hire. As the industry's awarded 2025 leading business events supplier, you’ll lead the planning and execution of high-profile exhibitions, events and activations. From initial briefing to final bump-out, you’ll manage timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure every project exceeds expectations. We offer both a CBD and Sunshine West base to work closely with your clients & team with the resources to deliver A1 projects.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end project management of exhibitions and event builds
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Overseeing in office installations and logistics
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard




Traveling to event sites with a fully maintained company vehicle

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in event or exhibition & event project management
Solid leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
Passion for the business events industry and client success
